1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Zounds Egg Wholesale Kashmir's website and wholesale procurement services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Wholesale Orders and Pricing
All wholesale egg orders (petis, crates, trays) are subject to availability and current daily NECC benchmark mandi rates. Price confirmations are issued upon dispatch from our Parimpora Wholesale Hub.
3. Packaging and Transit
Eggs are packaged in heavy dampproof corrugated petis and molded trays for Valley transit. Inspection of physical condition must be conducted upon receipt at delivery destination.
4. Delivery & District Fulfillment
Delivery schedules across the 10 Kashmir Valley districts are subject to local highway conditions and weather advisories.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zounds Egg Wholesale Kashmir shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from transit delays caused by force majeure or natural road blockages in Kashmir.
6. Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
